Was the Regal the sportiest model in Buick's lineup or was it the Riviera or even the Reatta (Don't hate! Buick did have sport-like cars)

Q: How do I fix the blinker in my 93 buick regal?
I have a 93 buick regal. A few months back the blinker stopped blinking. I checked and replaced any bulbs that were bad, but it didn't fix the problem. I also changed the fuse. Now it will occasionally blink, sometimes fast, sometimes slow, and then sometimes it just comes on but doesn't blink. Is there another mechanism that controls this? And if so, how would I go about replacing it? Thanks!
A: I would start with the flasher unit under the dash. After that it sounds like you need the turn signal switch in the steering column.

Q: Does running an 98 buick regal without the super charger cause engine damage?
I looked at an 98 buick regal with 150000 miles on it. The super charger needs replacing (found refurb oem for $1100 online, i have a mechanic for the labor). Car is being sold for 1500. Replacing a supercharger from a dealer is about $3000. I just want to know if there is any damage being done to engine or transmission because the car is being ran without a supercharger.
A: I'm assuming you mean a Turbocharger, in which case it shouldn't hurt anything, just run like a dog. A car with a Supercharger (Rootes blower or Paxton type) wouldn't be likely to even start up.

A: Only if you have an extra key or a slim jim set handy. You may be able to call a GM dealer with the VIN and still get a key cut. I don't remember how far back they go but it's worth a shot.

A: Remove the headliner with its fiber board panel. Remove all the headliner material and scrub off any remaining foam particles from the fiberboard, I used 3m scrubbing pads.
JO-Ann fabrics carries headliner material. Buy 4 cans of automotive spray glue. Spray the fiber board and the back of the new headliner material. Use two coats of glue.
Make sure you pre fit the new material. Trim the excess after gluing

Some one told me to look at the trasmission control modual to fix a code from OBDII P1652 on a buick regal. Still wondering how to fix the code and what to do on how to fix it. I went to Autozone it say replace relay cooling fan 2 i replace that and the light is still on.
A: The trans control mod. isn't even tied into the code you have. did you clear the code? if you did and still came back on,check the 30 amp fuse for c2 fan or there is another relay that works with relay 2 thats c fan3 relay

I have a 1995 Buick Regal 3.8L. And My check engine soon light is on and i can not pull the codes for it. I tried using a paper clip to connect the wires. But No Luck. I need to know how to pull the trouble codes for this car.
I went to Autozone/Advance and they said that the 95 model cant use the machine they have, but they told me to use something like a paper clip to connect where the plugs were, and i did that and i have no luck so could anyone help me?
A: danie is right your second anwer is complrtely wrong all autozone has is obd2 scanners wont scan obd1 systems

Q: Why does my '78 Buick Regal make screeching noise while driving?
When first driving their is no sound, but after about 15-20mins my car, 1978 Buick Regal, begins to make a screeching sound while driving. However the sound goes away when breaking. Any ideas?
i just had all my fluids checked and power steering belt tightened during recent oil change and the sound did not stop. I thought it had something to do with the brakes but was just hoping it was something cheaper.
A: You need front pads and rotors machined. Think about it the stops when you apply brakes. The wear indicators are rubbing on rotors, they do not start making noise until the brake rotors heat up.

A: Take the door panel off and you should see three rivets. Remember which three holes the rivets were in .Use a center punch to knock out the centers and drill the rivets out.
Be careful because the window will drop to the bottom of the door. I use 1/2 long bolts X 1/4 with lock washers for reassembly.
