Q: What is the best way to clean the interior of a 2007 Chevrolet Uplander?
We have a 2007 Chev. Uplander that is dirty on the inside. Stains on the seats, dirt all over the floors, a poop/apple juice smell... what us the best cleaner to use on the seats?

Ya our new van has a competitors radiator, like why would they help a competitor by using their products?
A: Keep in mind that Mitus does not just make cars. They make a LOAD of heavy industry equip and are a huge company over seas. A radiator is a relatively simple piece of tech. Mitsu is not going to loss tech or money over selling this equip to others. GM also doesn't have to use their own R&D, nor have the costs of manufacturing their own rads for the Uplander either. Mitsu will make money selling the product and GM saves money. The gains are on both sides of the fence and therefore do not hurt Mitsu, they actually help fund the company further.

Q: Chevrolet Uplander LS minivan--good or bad?
I am considering a minivan purchase. The Chevy Uplander replaced the old Venture van. Is it a good choice for a van? How reliable are Chevy Uplanders? They are cheaper in price than both the Honda and Toyota, and seem more American looking than the ugly oriental looking Toyotas. but I have concerns buying American Made cars because of their poor reputation for reliability and quality. So... who should I trust for the best minivan?... Chevrolet Uplander, Honda Odyssey, or Toyota Sienna?
A: It's a terrible minivan. Read the reviews, they have all been bad. The only thing going for it was it's low price tage. Aside from that every other mini-van was superior in each and every way.
Q: Can a Chevrolet uplander accommodate a 48'x30' box?
Sorry. 48"x30", not yards.
A: NOOO 48'X30' is the size of a very large garage. The box WILL accommodate the Uplander , however!!!

A: If you can't find it then I don't think you should be changing your oil.
They are always on the bottom of the oil pan.

i have a bad road noise in the rear end of my van and i want to know whats wrong with it.i had the same problem on the front put new tires on it and that was that. And dont tell me to go to a damn chevrolet dealer garage or anything to do with chevrolet they know jack when it comes to mechanics.
A: Seems like you have a bad DEALER. Because dealers are factory trained and have access to the latest bulletins and prelim information (THAT ISN"T AVAIL ANYWHERE ELSE). If they can't fix a problem or verify it, they have the ability to call GM engineering and speak with an engineer about the problem and get advice where to look.
Coming online and saying that you have a noise from the rear while driving could be a hundred different things. GO to the GM Dealer, take a test drive WITH a technician. Its a 2006 its under warranty, and it is THEIR job to find the problem. If you aren't satisfied with the dealer, call customer assistance. Once customer assistance contacts them im sure you will get alot more help.

A: Please stop by your local chevy dealership.Take your uplander to the service dept.Have the shop foreman drive with you.This will help find out if this is a minor or major problem.Hope this helps.

A: Not sure if you need room for 6 or 7 or what your budget is, but in addition to the Freestyle already mentioned, you might also want to check out the Mazda 5 (seats 6 and gets 27 mpg) or the new Ford Flex (seats up to 7).
The Kia Rondo is also worth considering. You can get a 2007 with under 20,000 miles for about $13,000.
Q: my dad is confused about his van package?
my dad is planning to purchase a 2008 Chevorlet uplander and so far everythings good except he doesn't understand what a manual rear quarter swing out glass is?this is for package 2008 Retail Chevrolet Uplander Ext WB LT1 if this helps.Can anyone tell me what those rear glass thingys are it would make my dad happy peace :]
A: they have three rows of windows driver, passenger and the rear quarter panels. Not the rear window but the last window on each side.
these are hinged at the front an have a clamp that opens & allows you to open the window a few inches. On some vehicles this in an electronic window but since it says "manual" swing out glass you have to do it buy hand.
this way you can open your front windows or have the vent on and the air will be drawn out the back.
they have these windows on many mini vans and trucks with extra cabs. you have to make sure they are either fully open or shut if they are in between they will flap or rattle.
it's more convenient if they are electric but that usually means buying a package or options group for more money.
